For the past 3-4 years 3-DNET has worked hard and consistently towards increasing its membership base. To capitalize on present strength for the benefit of all corporate and individual members The Board of Directors recently approved a new and innovative program called "Embrace Globalization". This entails that:
The 3-D Network Company Int'l Inc (3-DNET) will establish for most of its major activities ( such as Travel, Employment, Real Estate, Translation Services, Internet Services, Insurance, Consultancy, Car-Rental, Immigration Assistance, the Book Centre, CyberExpo, Rendez Vous, Auction Services, Financial Services, Mentoring etc) separate entities. 3-DNET ( as holding company) remains focussed on global networking and global database management, i.e its core activities.
This means that 3-DNET will build global consortiums (as fully subsidiaries of 3-DNET) for each of above mentioned activities. To ensure it can truly tap on global expertises, each consortium will offer third party "equity partners" an opportunity to represent 3-DNET within one of the activities in its own territory and on an exclusive basis. Each consortium shall feed & share common information to/from the central 3-DNET database.
Because consortiums shall typically count approx. # 150 partners representing most areas throughout the world it is highly likely that advantage can be derived from global strength in contacts, supply sources, expertises, diversification and overall opportunities.
