WHO WE ARE
The company was federally incorporated in Canada on December 13th, 1996 (No. 332720-5) under the name The 3-D Network Company International Inc. Headquarters are in Ottawa, which functions as a Service Centre on behalf of our activities throughout the world.
The 3-D Network Company (3-DNETŪ) links "Individuals with Industry" in an "integrated" membership organization. Our immediate objective is to provide business and personal contacts to Members. The use of Internet is only a means to an end...actual 'face-to-face' contact is what 3-DNETŪ ultimately promotes and encourages.
3-DNETŪ is truly unique - it is the first and only GLOBAL NETWORKING VENUE for both Industry and the Individual.
3-DNETŪ is operated by entrepreneurs on behalf of entrepreneurs. We are not a bureaucratic institution but instead extremely flexible and effective delivering services which are affordable, fast and timely. It is a true network of similar minds, not just another non responsive data bank.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
3-DNETŪ is organized at local, regional, national and international level. The local chapter is usually a group of members within the same locality or living adjacent. A regional chapter is defined as a geographical distinct area such as a province/country, a state within a state. Each local chapter elects its own officers and board of directors and enjoys considerable autonomy within the framework of its constitution and the constitution and bylaws of 3-DNETŪ. The National entities are incorporated in the country of location.
MISSION STATEMENT:
"The 3-D Network Company commits itself to the role of Entrepreneurial Facilitator and Promoter of the Global Marketplace. Its mandate is to facilitate and enable networking for its global membership on behalf of Individual and Industry by (1) acting as an unique source of network-related information (2) providing a primary facility for ongoing interaction and communication with provision of face-to-face networking opportunities"
