Afterall we are facing and will do so in the new millennium continuous "downsizing". There are simply no more jobs for all of us and no permanent jobs for life ! In recognition to the new trends and to achieve maximum flexibility 3-DNETŪ is prepared under certain circumstances to offer Franchises.

Our Business Format

Each 3-DNETŪ office starts out by establishing their own network services business. Extensive information is available on 3-DNETŪ's WorldWide Web http://www.3dnet.org.

This entails the following (summary):

  • Franchises (with exclusivity) for countries/states/provinces
  • Operations under domain name such as:
    • http://www.3dnet.nl (for The Netherlands)
    • http://www.3dnet.on.ca (for Canada, Ontario)
    • http://www.3dnet.cn (for R.P. of China)
    • http://www.3dnet.ny.us. ( for NewYork state in USA)
  • Full access to cgi-bin and updating facilities on ISP of YOUR choice (with preferential rates if hosted with 3-DNETŪ ISP)
  • Exclusive use of "proprietary" 3-DNETŪ software (database, etc)
  • Your website can reflect all or parts of the existing 3-DNETŪ website

  • No need to build a website since Franchises can make use (mirror) of all or part of existing 3-DNETŪ website. Therefore No expensive cash outlays to build a website. If requested, maintenance of websites can be arranged at cost.

Your Territory

You receive a Franchise territory, which is used primarily to help create a unique identity for your business (e.g., "The 3-D Network Company of Singapore Pty).

Franchise Costs

To join our system, use our name and receive our training, you pay a one-time franchise fee. Remember: we understand the local circumstances in your territory and we are willing to negotiate the entrance fee. As you receive payments from a variety of services and assignments, you pay us a small royalty (which begins at ten percent and declines based on business volume and tenure in our system).

Because the network business requires minimal capital investment (primarily office furniture and equipment) and has low operating costs, your total cash requirement - including six months of working capital - will be very small when compared to other franchises. Yet your chances of success are very high when considering that your ISP connections, domain name website and contacts in your area are all included in the Franchise.

(We are not a "retail" franchise system, where the supervision of minimum-wage labor within a rigid operating format produces a predictable level of daily sales.) A 3-DNETŪ Franchise will generate as little or as much income as the owner's skills, effort and investment in employees make possible. And because your business base is territorywide, there is no need to acquire additional Franchise units in order to create additional wealth; you simply grow the one 3-DNETŪ Franchise you already own.

Our Training and Support

3-DNETŪ's in-depth training and ongoing operational support make all the difference, compared to a trial-and-error start-up . Because we have been in the network business for over thirty-five years, we know all the "tricks of the trade" and nuances of the business required to get you up the learning curve and making money as fast as possible. We also monitor industry trends in order to keep your business state-of-the-art.

Because we are a small, collegial system (as opposed to Franchise factory),we provide personalized training both at our Ottawa headquarters and at your office location. You receive "live" instruction, no training tapes or computerized "self-instruction" allowed. As either a new or established 3-DNETŪ Franchise owner, you also have unlimited access to telephone support, as well as regional and national training events, training bulletins, marketing materials and supplemental training when required. Our royalties depend on the success of your office, so we additionally provide training for your professional consultants and support staff as your office grows.

Technology

3-DNETŪ offices use specially developed computer software for the management of search assignments and exchange candidate information electronically. The parent company, The 3-D Network Company International Inc., also maintains an elaborate site on the World Wide Web, which promotes 3-DNETŪ offices and their search assignments. We share the following belief with Microsoft's Bill Gates: that the future of the computer will be as a communications medium, not just an information-retrieval tool.
