The 3-D Network Company (3-DNETŪ) is committed to supporting the activities of its members involved in their own community and charitable initiatives.

3-DNETŪ SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM - GUIDELINES

A. Definition of 3-DNETŪ Sponsorship:

  1. 3-DNETŪ Sponsorship gives ongoing recognition through public awareness for a defined period of time.
  2. 3-DNETŪ shall have exclusive marketing rights to promote its involvement with the sponsor facilities/ activities .
  3. 3-DNETŪ involvement must not be in conflict with the goals, objectives, policies and by-laws of The 3-D Network Company
  4. All 3-DNETŪ sponsorship and advertising agreement must be approved by the Board on an individual basis.
  5. 3-DNETŪ gifts and donations to community centres are outside of and unaffected by its sponsorship program.
  6. Sponsored Materials - All sponsored products, materials and services require 3-DNETŪ approval, and must meet 3-DNETŪ specifications and standards used in the purchase of similar materials.
  7. Minor League Sports Teams Neighbourhood sports teams (soccer, softball etc.) are especially encouraged to request sponsorship.

  8. Evaluation There must be an annual accounting of the financial benefits and costs of 3-DNETŪ sponsorship(s).
