3-DNETŪ - 2007 Management Course Applications from candidates for the 2007 course are now being accepted . Closing date is March 01, 2007 . Due to the limited space and anticipated demand we advise those interested to react well before the deadline of March 01, 2007. Twenty (20) candidates from around the world will be selected to attend a 3 week course which will be held in Ottawa, Canada during July, 2007. The sessions will cover every aspect of 3-DNETŪ's business. The training will be conducted by key managers from within 3-DNETŪ as well as external tutors in specific disciplines.
Our selection to attend the Ottawa training conference is based on a satisfactory performance during an initial three month probational period as 3-DNETŪ's Representative in one's home localities. Activities during this period will predominantly focus on sales in the areas of corporate and individual memberships, web hosting & preparation, virtual servers, travel-packages, employement and promotional services to individuals & international companies.
The applicant should be motivated to earn an above average income. We offer a high commission based package during the first three months (probationary period), followed by a mix of an excellent quaranteed base plus commission. During the probationary period, the company is willing to consider special arrangements to suit the candidate's present responsibilities.
After the 3 month and subsequent Ottawa training period, graduates from this phase of the course will return to their home localities for an additional 3 month period . Subsequently there may be the opportunity for attachment to one of 3-DNETŪ's operations around the world. This phase will provide on the job training as well as some hands on experience.
Graduates will then return to one week in the Ottawa classroom at the end of November, 2007 to reconcile theory with the practical experience. Testing and evaluation during this period will determine whether the candidate will graduate from the overall 3-DNETŪ training course. Official graduation is planned for November 28th, 2007 !
Graduates are committed to accepting a 3 year assignment at any one of 3-DNETŪ's operations, in any country. Placement in a specific country cannot be guaranteed.
3-DNETŪ is investing in this project as a method of grooming management staff; however, promotion to management position is solely dependent on the abilities and work experience of each candidate.
Candidate Qualifications:
Successful applicants will be university graduates with a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Candidates must be willing to relocate to any of the countries in which 3-DNETŪ is/will be located.
Candidates need to be absolutely "trustworthy", self motivational with a global outlook. They must display maturity, energetic, integrity entrepreneurialship, ability to work with computer & Internet (html abilities not necessary). Language skills very welcome !

The application should contain: A covering letter plus detailed resume (an ASCII TEXT into the E-MAIL) as well as a detailed personal analysis/observation of 3-DNETŪ's website and your motivations to join the program. It is a prerequisite that applicant is registered as VIP member.
