The online auction industry will generate USD5.2 billion per annum by 2004, according to Jupiter Communications. The report estimates that the total spending at online auction over the next four years will reach USD10.0 billion.

Jupiter predicts that that number of people buying at auction will surge from 1.2 million in 1998 to 8.5 million in 2004, to account for 11 percent of the overall online shopping public.

3-DNETŪ shall offer to participants ( max. # 100 NEW VIP members ) an opportunity to bid for a BMW 7 Series luxury car with a value of USD100,000. Bidding will start with USD$ 1.00 ( one dollar ) and the highest bid will be accepted.

Auction Feature Summary :

3-DNETŪ Auction provides all the features for the most powerful, accountable and entertaining buyer experience available. Rules to participate in the fund are :

  • Bidding restricted to subscribed # 100 NEW VIP members only, i.e 3-DNETŪ officials, its affiliates, regular membership and outside world can not participate in the process.

  • Full transparency, details of participating NEW VIP members and their bids will be made available to all participating VIP members.

  • Administration via outside legal council.

  • Bidding to start with USD$ 1.- ( one dollar ) with highest bid to win

  • Participation by NEW ( to be ) VIP members only upon receipt of a certified cheque or money order for USD$1200.- to pay for VIP membership fees. The payments shall be held in escrow by outside legal council during a period which shall be either the date by which the fund is fully subscribed ( # 100 new VIP members ) or 6 (six) months starting July 01,2003, whichever period will be the shortest.

  • Upon full participation, i.e # 100 NEW VIP members, 3-DNETŪ shall acquire a property of USD100,000 ( Fair Market Value but not necessarily similar to picture shown ) to be sold to the highest bidder. Actual bidding shall extend for a period of ONE week only. Details of property shall be made available once fund is fully subscribed and property has been purchased.

  • Upon full participation, VIP membership benefits will be activitated to the participating members. A surcharge of USD100.- is payable for instant ( i.e prior to the full partipation date ) VIP membership activitation.

  • If during above mentioned period of six months the fund has not been fully subscribed then
    3-DNETŪ via its legal council shall return/refund the escrow funds less USD50.- administration fees per participant. At that point members of the fund may decide to apply these remaining funds to activiate the VIP membership.
