Terms and Conditions:

  1. Participating firm will post the affiliate page provided by 3-DNETŪ on their web site. This page will be linked to the main 3-DNET.org website. The affiliate page will incorporate a referral sign-in form which will be emailed to 3-DNETŪ with referrer's Affiliate ID.

  2. The affiliate receives an email copy of the Prospect Form and may follow up with regular direct email and other marketing communications and sales efforts to develop the customer.

  3. 3-DNETŪ approval of the affiliate page will be required prior to activation of this agreement.

  4. Automated submission of customer's name, company and email address to httP://www.3dnet.org will be by email to <affiliate@3dnet.org> on the Prospect Form included on the affiliate page provided by 3-DNETŪ

  5. In the event of duplicate customer, the earliest recorded email transmission will prevail.

  6. Submission of customer will remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of introduction to 3-DNETŪ. If customer has not purchased within this period, the referral will be considered to have expired with regard to payment of commissions under this program. After the customer's first purchase, no other time limitations will apply. Affiliates may not enter massive lists of prospects into the system through their linked site. This would be grounds for termination.

  7. Acceptance of each referred customer is at the sole discretion of 3-DNETŪ.

  8. Retention of each referred customer is at the sole discretion of 3-DNETŪ.

  9. There will be a period of not less than 45 days from the customer's purchase with 3-DNETŪ until the sales commission payment is made under this program to allow for possible returns.

  10. Payment of commissions will be made by 3-DNETŪ by check or electronic transfer of US dollars on or about the 20th day of each month, not less than 30 days after month end, allowing for possible charge-backs. Example: Sale on Jan 10; allow 30-day guarantee period; commission paid Feb 20.
    The affiliate will pay costs of electronic funds transfer and any bank charges for currency conversion.

  11. No payment less than $45.00 (U.S. Dollars) will be made. Funds accumulate until this amount is met and then are paid.

  12. This month-to-month, commission sales agreement will automatically renew each month. The Affiliate is free to quit the program anytime. 3-DNETŪ reserves the right to terminate Affiliates whose referral web pages do not meet the standards as set forth in this agreement and as demonstrated in the information on the Affiliate page provided. In the event of termination by either the Affiliate or 3-DNETŪ, all commissions due will be paid according to the terms of this agreement.

  13. No other products or services may be displayed or sold on the 3-DNETŪ affiliate page.

  14. The 3-DNETŪ logo <3dnet5.gif> may be placed on an unlimited number of websites linked to your 3-DNETŪ affiliate page, including Internet banner advertising.

  15. There are no geographic, territorial restrictions. Your 3-DNETŪ affiliate page may be promoted in any legal way using traditional advertising media and electronic Internet techniques.The affiliate page is designed with sophisticated, proven search engine strategy for scoring very high in major search engines. It may be indexed in unlimited search engines.

  16. The 3-DNETŪ affiliate page may be translated into other languages and promoted in specific markets using local search engines and Internet directories and other media.

  17. The 3-DNETŪ of services & products are in several languages with English being the desissive one, at this time. Sales are in US dollars with Visa, Mastercard and American Express and I-Check only, at this time. Credit Card processing is secure, real time SSL technology.
