The process step by step :
There are essentially three different methods :
1. Company video - we prepare
We arrange preparation of a professional company video. This means we despatch a professional to your premises. In most cases a 3-5 minute clip can be done within the hour. Prior to the preparation
you have made up your own customised interview questions or you can use our tried and tested standard questions.Once done we edit the video clip in your presence and upload this on our servers and/or your own websites.
2. Company video - you prepare
You arrange preparation of company video yourselves and send data for upload on our servers and/or your own websites.
3. Candidate video - we prepare
You send us candidates when you wish to see their personal video clips prior to inviting your best candidates. This is an excellent way to come up very fast with a shortlist. The video clips take the place of "first interviews". In many situations you only wish to invite candidates to your company premises at the last stages of the interview process.A very important benefit of the candidate video clip is the fact more decision makers in your company can participate in the selection stage.
The video will stay on line during the period of one year after which it will be taken down unless we are otherwise informed.
Once you have agreed to our terms & conditions and paid your fees all videos recorded will remain your property and will not be passed on to a third party.
